Sacramental Records and Parish Permission Forms are often requested by Church Parishes for a number of different reasons (having your child baptized outside of your Church parish, being married outside of your Church parish, to stand as a sponsor for a Confirmation, godparent for a Baptism, etc.).  

St. Louis King of France is happy to provide you with the information requested.  

If you are in need of a copy of your Sacramental Record or a Permission Form, please contact the Parish Secretary, 504-834-9977 or [email protected].  Requests can be picked up from the Rectory office, mailed to your home or faxed to the Church requesting the documentation.  All paperwork requested must be signed by our Pastor, so please allowed 3-4 business days to complete all necessary documentation and signature.
